Exercise is an important part of the recovery.

You must be careful to not overdo it. Gentle exercise works well but strong exercise cause your body to become over taxed and stops your recovery. If you exercise too much , give your body a break of 4 to 5 days and start slowly again.

I use a cross trainer sportop elliptical trainer E7700 M and if i exercise slowly at level 9 or 10 my body responds well. If i use level 11 or higher it puts too much stress on my body and halts the recovery process.

Whatever exercise machine or method you use start at a a low level and work up until you find what level of strength works for you. It is simply a matter of trial and error to find what works for you.

When exercising i wear a sweat jacket to increase the sweating and warm up my kidneys which is helpful for recovery. Have a sports drink to replace fluids and salts as to avoid dehydration.

Remember that less is more when it comes to exercise with this condition , when you overdo it, your progress grinds to a halt.
