Meditation is an essential part of the the treatment program.

It is an absolute requirement if you want to get better and improve your symptoms every day.

You can do it sitting on a chair , standing with knees bent slightly or lying down. You can have your eyes open, shut, or half closed, whatever works best for you.

I breathe in through my nose slowly and out through my mouth. On every exhale i count down in my head from 50 to zero. You will notice your breathing will get slower and slower until the point where counting exhales from 50 to zero may take 30 mins or so.

It must be done every day to get its proper effect.
